PC Muscles Explained
In researching the vaginoplasty I had always read about how an opening must be made through the PC muscle for the vaginal canal. I’d also heard of the PC muscle back when my ex was pregnant with our kids. In all that time I don’t think I’ve ever really knew what the PC muscle is. It turns out that PC is short for pubococcygeus. It surrounds the urethral and rectal openings and it sort of forms a hammock that supports all the abdominal and pelvic organs. Now I better understand why piercing it for the vaginal opening makes everything hurt! I found all of this info here.

The PC muscles can be used to enhance the pleasure a woman gives during sexual intercourse. I have read your writings, but deciding to be a lesbian seems to eliminate one of the pleasures of being female. Do you ever plan to have sex with a man? I have read the web pages of several other SRS women. It seems that they are preparing themselves with their set of dilators for a new day as a woman.

There are several things in your comment I need to respond to. First, do you really believe that it's a decision or choice to be lesbian or gay?!? What rock have you been hiding under? Second, you make it sound like one of the most important things about being a woman is being able to give pleasure to a man. What about being a good, caring, conscientious person? Am I less of a person, or a woman, if I prefer to give pleasure to another woman? I don't think so.
There was a time that I thought I wanted sex with a man, but that was before I realized that I'm a lesbian. At this point I have no desire to have intercourse with a man.
What do you mean by "preparing themselves...for a new day as a woman"?

I am very, very sorry if my question was poorly worded.
My question should have been worded along the lines of how did you discern (realize, come to understand) that you were a lesbian. I am trying to understand sex and gender, but have much to learn.
If the TS woman chose to have sex with a man, then her post operative care allows intercourse. Again, this is clearly her choice.
It seems vital that the prospective TS woman clearly understand her sexuality.
